Process Steps
1. Company Registration
Register your company on our platform. During registration, select the categories your company operates in and define the services you offer. After administrator approval, you can start using the platform at full capacity.
2. Tender Creation
An authorized staff member or super admin creates a new tender. The tender title, detailed description, budget range, and deadline for submissions are specified. Technical drawings, specifications, and other documents are attached to the tender.
3. Automatic Notifications
Once a tender is published, automatic email notifications are sent to all approved companies in the selected categories. Companies can also view the new tender on their dashboard.
4. Submitting Bids
Companies submit bids for the tenders they find suitable. They send their proposals including bid amount, delivery time, description, and any additional files.
5. Evaluation
Submitted bids are compared. Once the most suitable bid is accepted, the other bids are automatically rejected and the process is completed.
All these processes take place in a secure and transparent environment where companies cannot see each other.
